Santana smiled softly, kissing her girlfriend deeply back, one hand moving to cup the back of her neck. Since the first time she'd said "I love you" to Brittany, right after her break up with Artie, she'd been too nervous to really say them again. She was afraid that maybe if she said them again and again, she'd get too used to it and let it slip out in school and totally blow their cover. It was stupid, but after the reaction Kurt being gay, she wasn't jumping up to volunteer her and Brittany as the first gay couple. She had wondered and talked to Brittany about how they would react, if maybe it wouldn't be as bad because they were two girls, and there was nothing those jocks liked more than hot girls making out, but she wasn't willing to risk it. And besides, she didn't want to belittle their relationship anymore than she already had by hiding it. There was more to them than just making out for boys' amusement.
